You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Insurancerk provides a platform that connects investors with real estate projects. We do not provide investment advice. All investments carry risks, including potential loss of capital. You must conduct your own due diligence before investing. Past returns do not guarantee future results.

We may charge fees for certain services, which will be clearly disclosed before you commit to an investment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, engaging in fraudulent activities, uploading malicious content, violating intellectual property rights, or harassing other users.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Insurancerk or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and EU intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insurancerk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in fees over the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time, subject to completion of pending investments and obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
